阻断遗传性耳聋试管婴儿迎来周岁

本报北京2月3日讯（记者丁佳 通讯员罗国金、尹自芳）记者今天从中国人民解放军总医院获悉，由该院耳鼻咽喉研究所等单位攻关完成的我国第一例阻断重度遗传性耳聋第三代试管婴儿一年前顺利诞生，日前这名叫聪聪的孩子迎来了一周岁生日。各项听力指标显示，聪聪是一名听力正常、茁壮成长的健康儿。

解放军总医院耳鼻咽喉研究所所长王秋菊说，聪聪的父母均为我国遗传性耳聋的常见致病基因GJB2携带者，第一胎男婴为重度遗传性耳聋，第二胎又被确诊为遗传性耳聋，被迫终止妊娠。这对夫妇强烈渴望拥有一个具有健康听力的宝宝，阻断家族中的聋哑厄运。

医院耳鼻咽喉研究所研究团队和山东大学、深圳华大等机构联合组成的课题组集体攻关，对这对夫妇的8枚胚胎进行胚胎植入前的耳聋基因诊断，又在胚胎成功着床后分析胎儿的基因型，并在胎儿孕19周时对羊水细胞进行了基因检测，在经历了胚胎未着床、胎儿不稳等曲折过程后，终于在2015年年初迎来聪聪的诞生。

王秋菊介绍，目前胚胎植入前遗传学诊断联合无创产前单体型分析遗传性耳聋基因技术已趋于成熟，完善了可复制的孕前排除遗传性耳聋的技术模式，正在为更多家庭带来福音。
