Lancet Psychiatry：心理健康培训可极大提高员工的工作效率

研究认为，管理人员接受4小时的心理健康培训可显著降低员工因心理健康问题导致的病假缺席率，极大提高员工的工作效率，培训花费的每1英镑可带来9.98英镑的回报

如今，许多上班族受到精神心理疾病的困扰，情况严重的会影响日常工作效率。近日研究人员考察了心理健康培训对员工精神心理症状的影响。

研究在澳洲开展，为期6个月。公司管理人员随机接受4小时的面对面RESPECT心理精神健康训练或对照。研究的主要终点是管理人员监督下患病员工因病缺勤的变化。

88名管理人员参与，其中干预组46人，对照组42人。所有参与者及其员工进行6个月的随访和评估。干预组25人(1233 员工)以及对照组19人(733 名员工)参与了初步分析。研究发现，干预组员工的心理精神病假率下降了0.28%，而对照组上升了0.28%，相当于6.45小时的工作时间。
