在FinHer临床试验中，232例HER2阳性早期乳腺癌患者随机分为两组，分别接受化疗联合9周Trastuzumab治疗或单纯化疗。检测肿瘤标本中p95蛋白以及HER2蛋白表达。远处无病生存（DDFS）是主要的研究结果。研究结果表明，在仅接受化疗的队列中，log10（p95）增加与DDFS缩短有关。在接受化疗联合Trastuzumab治疗队列中，log10(p95)增加与DDFS缩短无关。对两个队列综合分析结果表明，在多因素模型中乳腺癌p95高表达与Trastuzumab治疗获益显着相关。

文章最后认为，高p95HER2/HER2比值有助于区别接受Trastuzumab治疗效果不佳的转移性乳腺癌患者。未来需要对p95HER2/HER2比值作为HER2靶向治疗的预后指标进行进一步研究。
