这篇研究的目的是在放射线治疗(RT)前后评估牙本质生物力学特性和微拉伸粘结强度(μTBS)变化。研究在牙本质辐照前后(n = 5),比较和评估牙本质的化学组成(红外光谱-FTIR)、SEM影像和力学特性(Vickers显微硬度-VHN和弹性模量-E)。RT的应用参数设置为72 Gy(每日1.8 Gy,每周5天, 共8周),随后将样本浸入蒸馏水内。μTBS的评估分为3组(n = 10):NI-no辐照;修复前IB-辐照;修复后IA-辐照。获取树脂-牙本质块(1.0 mm2)并进行μTBS检测。共聚焦显微镜观察分析粘接界面情况。结果显示,RT后,FTIR百分率分析结果显示样本全波段吸收增加。SEM影像发现紊乱的牙本质结构。Two-way方差分析显示,VHN值显著增加(p = 0.005)以及E值明显降低(p < 0.001)。one-way方差分析和Duncan检验显示各组间的μTBS 存在显著性差异(p = 0.018)。而IB组粘接强度值最低。结论:RT改变吸收光谱,SEM影像显示牙本质结构絮乱。牙本质力学特性发生改变伴随着VHN值增加和E值降低。μTBS受到放射线疗法和修复期(
