ADA 2015：SAVOR-TIMI53试验：沙格列汀未增加2型糖尿病患者癌症风险

SAVOR-TIMI53试验中有关沙格列汀对2型糖尿病患者癌症风险影响的二次分析结果以口头报告的形式公布。2.1年随访结果显示，688名患者至少罹患1种癌症，沙格列汀占47.4%、安慰剂组52.6%。沙格列汀组有53例癌症相关死亡，安慰剂59例。以上结果提示沙格列汀并不会增加SAVOR-TIMI53试验中患者癌症风险或癌症死亡风险。

SAVOR-TIMI53试验中有关沙格列汀对2型糖尿病患者癌症风险影响的二次分析结果以口头报告的形式公布(Diabetes Care：沙格列汀或可用于糖尿病伴轻中度肾衰的治疗（SAVOR-TIMI 53 研究） )(沙格列汀心血管转归引发热议（SAVOR研究）)。
