Eur Heart J:耐力、间隔和阻力训练对端粒酶活性和端粒长度的不同影响

该研究纳入了一百二十四个健康的先前未进行体力活动的参与者,这些参与者完成了6个月的研究。参与者被随机分为三种不同的干预组或对照组(生活方式无变化):有氧耐力训练(AET,连续跑步),高强度IT(4×4方法)或RT(8种装置的循环训练),每种干预包括每周三次45分钟的训练。

所有三种训练方式都增加了参与者的最大摄氧量(VO2max)。在两个耐力运动组(AET和IT)中,血液单核细胞中的端粒酶活性增加了2至3倍,但与RT无关。同时,在耐力训练组中淋巴细胞、粒细胞和白细胞TL增加,但在RT组中则没有。用端粒酶重复扩增方法(MACS-TRAP)测定的磁激活细胞分选显示,单次耐力训练能-而RT不能,急性增加CD14+和CD34+白细胞中的端粒酶活性。

由此可见,这项随机对照试验表明耐力训练、IT和RT方案可诱导循环白细胞中特定的细胞通路。耐力训练和IT,但不是RT,可增加端粒酶活性和TL,这对细胞衰老、再生能力以及健康老化很重要。
