　　腺样体切除术适应症：

　　腺样体肿大

　　肿大的腺样体阻塞气道

　　严重打鼾

　　鼻呼吸困难

　　睡眠呼吸暂停

　　小儿患有慢性耳部感染出现以下情况时要切除腺样体：

　　影响学业

　　持续抗生素治疗无效

　　一年发作5次或以上

　　二年内每年发作3次或以上

　　小儿慢性或反复发作的扁桃体炎也要切除腺样体

　　小儿的腺样体到青春期通常会缩小，十余岁以后一般没有切除的必要
