头皮丛状神经纤维瘤1例

女，7岁，因发现右顶部肿物并逐渐增大4年余入院。体格检查：全身多处可见小片状色素沉着斑，呈深咖啡色；右顶部可见一不规则肿物，大小约4 cm×4 cm，质地极为柔软，触之如棉絮，无压痛，无波动感，边界不清；肿物处皮肤稍粗糙，毛发均匀分布，肤色较周围稍深，无异常分泌物。

颌下腺丛状神经纤维瘤1例

患儿男性，8岁。因左颌下肿块5年，并逐渐增大1个月入院。患儿5年前因感冒发热发现左颌下肿大，于当地诊所治疗（具体用药不祥），未见任何好转后去南京市儿童医院就诊。B超检查示左颌下腺区不均质低回声包块，考虑为颌下腺肿大。继续输液治疗无好转。转至江苏省肿瘤医院行颌下肿物穿刺，针吸细胞学检查见淋巴细胞。近1个月肿块缓慢增大，来我院就诊。
