生活方式干预对II型糖尿病患者降低体重和提高自我体力方面效果显着，但对于预防轻度认知障碍和痴呆无明显优势

近日，研究人员开展了一项平均10年的生活方式干预研究，旨在通过减轻体重和增加体力活动的方式，降低II型糖尿病肥胖或超重患者认知功能障碍的患病风险。

研究对3802名参与者依据标准化认知测试进行轻度认知障碍和痴呆可能分析并对其进行生活方式干预或糖尿病治疗与教育。

在研究开始后平均11.4年，参与者平均年龄为69.6岁时，随访研究发现，与糖尿病治疗与教育对照组相比，强化生活方式干预诱导并维持患者在体重减轻和自我体力活动报告方面的差异显着，但干预组轻度认知障碍和痴呆可能的患病率分别为6.4%和1.8%而对照组为6.6%和1.8%；生活方式干预效果不受心血管疾病史，糖尿病病程，性别，ApoE 4等位基因状态方面的影响但受参与者BMI指数基线水平影响。

研究认为，生活方式干预对II型糖尿病患者降低体重和提高自我体力方面效果显着，但对于预防轻度认知障碍和痴呆无明显优势。
