J Endod:α-生育酚抗氧化剂对高硼酸钠漂白后牙本质混合物的微拉伸粘接强度的影响

研究发现,应用10% α-生育酚2小时预漂白或延迟粘接2周会逆转粘接强度。这篇研究的目的是为了评估应用20%的α-生育酚5分钟逆转局限性漂白对于粘接强度负面影响的效果。研究将33颗磨牙分为以下3组:未漂白、漂白和漂白后施加α-生育酚。漂白组的实施为暴露在高硼酸钠(2 g/mL)下7天。漂白后治疗组为漂白后施以20%的α-生育酚5分钟,随后所有组通过复合树脂进行修复。采用拉曼显微分光镜和SEM对具有代表性的样本束进一步分析。结果显示,各组平均粘接强度值(MPa)如下:未漂白组= 26.2, 漂白对照组= 20.3, 漂白后治疗组= 18.5。1-factor analysis of variance和Tukey post hoc检验(α = 0.05)分析显示,漂白对粘接强度具有明显的损害,并且短期应用α-生育酚并没有改善漂白后的粘接强度。拉曼显微分光镜和SEM结果显示,漂白后治疗组没有明显改善。结论:临床应用20%的α-生育酚的时间无法恢复漂白对粘接强度的负面影响。粘接程序最好在牙齿漂白后推迟。原始出处:Harrison MS Jr, Wang Y, et al.
