近日，著名国际期刊nature刊登了美国科学家的一项最新研究成果，他们发现POMC神经元能够促进大麻素诱导的进食行为，这与普遍认为的POMC神经元能够增加饱腹感，抑制食欲作用不同。   在之前研究中发现，POMC神经元的活动能够降低食欲、加快代谢和能量消耗。成年啮齿类动物的大脑中，POMC神经元大量分布在下丘脑的弓状核（arcuate nucleus, ARC），并广泛投射到表达黑皮

近日，著名国际期刊nature刊登了美国科学家的一项最新研究成果，他们发现POMC神经元能够促进大麻素诱导的进食行为，这与普遍认为的POMC神经元能够增加饱腹感，抑制食欲作用不同。
 
在之前研究中发现，POMC神经元的活动能够降低食欲、加快代谢和能量消耗。成年啮齿类动物的大脑中，POMC神经元大量分布在下丘脑的弓状核（arcuate nucleus, ARC），并广泛投射到表达黑皮质素受体的脑区，被认为是参与进食抑制神经环路重要的组成部分。人体内会产生大麻素，被称为内源性大麻素，内源性大麻素可以帮助调节人体食物摄入、能量储存和消耗。大麻素会通过大麻素受体发挥作用，因此大麻素受体1（CB1R）对于进食的中枢调节非常重要。
 
为检测CB1R调控的饱腹小鼠再进食是否伴随POMC神经元活性下降，研究人员发现通过化合物促进CB1R活性会增加小鼠进食，并且CB1R激活会促进POMC细胞的神经活性，并且DREADD介导的POMC神经元激活会增强CB1R诱导的进食，因此POMC细胞神经活性的矛盾性增强对于CB1R诱导的进食非常重要。Pomc基因能够编码食欲肽-α促黑素细胞激素和阿片-β内啡肽，在下丘脑中，CB1R激活能够选择性增加β内啡肽而不会增加α促黑素细胞激素，并且全身性或在下丘脑给与阿片受体拮抗剂纳洛酮能够阻断CB1R诱导的急性进食。
 
总的来说，这些结果揭示了POMC神经元在之前研究中从来没有发现过的在促进大麻素诱导的进食方面的新作用，这对扩展POMC在食欲调节方面作用的研究具有重要意义。
