凶手是：低密度脂蛋白LDL！

好吧，凶案还原 
案发当天，其实HDL和LDL都到过现场 
HDL（高密度脂蛋白）因为身材小 
一下子就从血管壁缝隙中钻了出去

而LDL（低密度脂蛋白）因为包裹太多太大 所以，被卡！住！了！

“包裹”卡在了血管壁里引发炎症 
身体的免疫系统发出警示 
派遣了大量巨噬细胞前来

LDL一看不妙，丢下包裹跑了！

 
三姐说： 其实LDL一旦被卡住了就跑不掉了，剧情需要，让他先跑一会，不然谁来受审啊！
巨噬细胞过来后 
累积到一定量，就变成泡沫细胞 
泡沫细胞特别容易黏在血管壁上 
就形成了血管斑块

三姐说 
1.并非所有的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇都会卡在血管壁上，只有那些个头比较小的家伙才被卡住。 2.即便胆固醇被卡在血管，还有高密度脂蛋白把他们拉出来。只有累计多了，才会变成血管杀手。
