Implant Dent：种植体周围炎治疗后的骨再生——综述

分析显示，植体表面去污技术包括单独或联合应用的各种化学和/或机械方法，同时使用/不使用引导骨再生。尽管进行了翻瓣手术，但观察到仅使用化学或机械去污措施不足以提供更好的治疗结果。CO2、二极管、Er：YAG等激光应用已成为治疗种植体周围炎的一种新的治疗手段。Er：YAG激光并没有改变种植体的表面，并为重建骨结合提供了良好的环境。

综上所述，本次综述发现，在将骨代用品与引导骨再生用于种植体周围炎骨再生的研究中观察到有希望的结果。关于种植体表面，粗糙的植体表面而非光滑的表面可以观察到更好的骨结合。
