J Endod：WaveOne Gold配合不同通道锉与否时的根管偏移和定心率变化

这篇研究的目的是为了比较Primary WaveOne Gold (PWOG; Dentsply Sirona, Ballaigues, Switzerland)器械配合不同通道锉或不适用通道锉时其定心率及偏移值的变化。同样，也比较3组不同通道锉的定心率和偏移值变化差异。

研究选取60颗拔除人下颌磨牙（弯曲角度在25°至35°之间，并且radii ≤10 mm）的近颊根，并随机分为4组每组15颗。根管使用手用#8 K锉疏通。根管预备如下：使用手用#10， 15和20不锈钢K-files (group KF)单一预备；#10手用不锈钢K锉预备后使用PathFiles #1-3 (Dentsply Sirona) (group PF)；#10手用不锈钢K锉预备后使用WaveOne Gold Glider (Dentsply Sirona) (group WOGG)和不使用通道锉预备(group NG)。在通道锉预备前后使用micro-CT影像扫描牙齿。根管终预备使用PWOG，随后再使用micro-CT扫描60个样本。在通道锉预备后以及WOGG预备后在距离根尖孔3 mm， 5 mm和7 mm的水平检测根管偏移和定心率值。采用方差分析统计各组间的差异。显著性水平设置为P < .05。

结果显示，KF， PF和WOGG各组之间在通道锉预备后定心率值未见明显差异(P > .05)。KF组通道锉预备后的平均联合偏移值要明显高于PF和WOGG组(P > .05)。NG和3组通道锉预备后再进行终预备PWOG在3个测量水平上的平均联合定心率或偏移值之间没有显著性差异(P > .05)。

结论：KF组在通道锉预备过程中的平均偏移值最高。然而，PWOG器械的定心率及根管偏移并未受到使用不同通道锉预备或不适用通道锉的影响。
