默沙东眼部药物Zioptan获得FDA批准

默沙东周一表示，美国食品和药物管理局批准其Zioptan（tafluprost滴眼液）作为治疗某些种类青光眼的解决方案。 此药是第一个不含防腐剂的解决方案，以帮助减少与开角型青光眼或高眼压症患者眼压增高。开角型青光眼是青光眼最常见的形式，高眼压是在眼内压力增加为主要特征。 默沙东副总裁大卫迈克尔逊说：“我们很高兴能够继续默沙东在神经病学和眼科治疗领域的长达50年的传统，帮助满足眼睛护理

默沙东预计Zioptan下个月可提供给患者，售价97美元。

在下午的交易中，默沙东的股价上涨了17美分，至38.08美元每股。
