Biomed Mater Eng:TCP-BG/PLLA复合支架或可用作骨再生支架材料

本研究旨在分析30wt.%TCP-BG相对PLLA基复合支架在生物介质中降解和析出行为的共存效应。首先采用相分离法合成纯PLLA和三维复合支架,然后将其浸泡在SBF溶液中45 d。随后,通过分析浸入样品的pH值和重量变化,生物产物形成的能力和PLLA基质的相对分子量随着降解时间的变化来分析降解和沉淀特性。最后,使用Han和Pan模型对相对分子量变化的实验数据进行验证,并进行比较。结果表明复合支架表
