Moderna新冠疫苗的存储、运输和接种温度具有明显优势

Moderna宣布其COVID-19候选疫苗在2至8度(标准家用或医用冰箱温度)可保持稳定30天,在-20度可保持稳定六个月,在室温下则可保存12小时。

Moderna公司宣布其COVID-19候选疫苗mRNA-1273在2°至8°C(标准家用或医用冰箱温度)下可保持稳定30天,在-20°C下可保持稳定六个月,在室温下则可保存12小时。

Moderna首席技术运营和质量官Juan Andres表示:“在mRNA递送技术和制造工艺方面的投资使我们能够在现有的药品冷藏库和冷藏箱温度下存储和运输COVID-19候选疫苗。我们的疫苗在-20°C下保存长达6个月和在正常冰箱保存30天的能力,将使疫苗分配更加简单且具有更大的灵活性,可实现在美国和世界其他地区大规模的疫苗接种。”

运输和长期存储:mRNA-1273疫苗的运输和长期存储将维持在-20°C,相当于大多数家用或医疗冷冻室的温度。与超低温冷冻相比,-20°C的标准冷冻温度是一种更容易且更成熟的分配和存储温度,大多数制药公司都拥有能够在全球-20°C温度下存储和运输产品的能力。

冷藏存储:融化后为了便于在给药时进行存储,mRNA-1273疫苗将保存在2°至8°C的标准冷藏条件下,最多可保存30天。该冷藏条件可在大多数药房、医院或医生办公室内实现。

室温进行疫苗接种:将疫苗从冰箱中取出进行给药,可以在室温条件下保存长达12小时。

疫苗接种现场无需稀释:疫苗无需现场稀释或特殊处理,这有助于在包括药房和医生办公室在内的各种环境中进行疫苗接种。

Moderna预计将在接下来的几个月中收集更多的稳定性信息,以评估mRNA-1273是否可以在日益灵活的条件下运输和存储。
