日本科学家证实吃大豆制品量越多的孕妇,其患上孕期抑郁症的几率越低。大豆中富含的异黄酮与女性荷尔蒙“雌性激素(estrogen)”的构造非常相似,在女性健康和美容方面均能够发挥重要作用。



 
日本爱媛大学和东京大学的联合研究小组于2016年10月31日宣布,他们证实吃大豆制品量越多的孕妇,其患上孕期抑郁症的几率越低。具体成果已刊载在《欧洲营养学杂志(European Journal of Nutrition)》的电子版上。

该团队以1745名孕妇为对象,进行了以日常饮食生活为主题的问卷调查,将关注点放在了豆腐、纳豆等大豆制品上,以大豆制品的摄入量为基准将孕妇分为四组,分析其与抑郁症的关联性。
调查发现,大豆制品摄入量越多的孕妇患上抑郁症的几率越低。平均每天食用93g的小组与平均每天食用21g的小组相比,患病率要低37%。
