BMJ：首例人际H7N9禽流感病毒传染病例

研究人员表示，大多数病人看来都在去过活禽市场、或者与活禽有过密切接触的7到10天后开始发病。自从三月份禽流感发生以来，已经有100多人感染，其中43人死亡。

在上述的父女病例中，那位先前健康的32岁妇女没有直接接触过活禽，但是她一直在生病父亲的床边直接照料护理，并且未曾采取防护措施，大约在她与父亲最后一次接触的一星期后，她也病倒了。她在一个月后死亡。

研究人员强调，尽管发生了这两起死亡病例，但是这两起病例却表明，这种病毒的自我传播能力显然还是“有限而且不能持续的”。

医务调查人员访问了43名跟这对父女有过密切接触的人，并让所有这些人作了禽流感病毒测试，全部结果都是阴性反应。

一些中国科学家4月份说，他们担心H7N9病毒在某些情况下在人与人之间传播。但是世卫组织稍后说，还没有确凿证据证实这种情况。
