又是一年重阳节，在“跑步进入”老龄化社会的中国，老年人的健康和生活问题已然成为全民焦点。世界卫生组织指出，缓解人口老化压力的关键在于健康老龄化，通过提高整个老年群体的心理和生理健康水平，建立健全完善的疾病预防、医疗保健和养老护理等体系，实现大多数老年人健康快乐的目标。为积极推动有关健康与老龄化相关研究，Springer和BioMed Central联合推出“老龄化与健康”专题，免费开放来自21本核
