　　近日，美国儿科学会对非复杂性儿童和青少年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）[包括腺样体扁桃体肥大和（或）肥胖所致OSAS]的诊断和管理指南进行修订，于8月27日在线发表于《儿科学》（Pediatrics）杂志。推荐意见如下。
