因无法重复实验 青岛大学学者主动撤销论文

日前，国际学术期刊《实验室研究》（Laboratory Investigation）刊登一份撤销声明：应作者要求，撤销一篇来自青岛大学的以吴力群为通讯作者的研究论文。据撤销声明显示，论文作者是由于无法重复其中的一些关键实验而选择撤销论文的。作者曾在该论文中给出结论：Slug转染不影响E-cadherin蛋白表达。但经过重复实验，作者发现Slug转染会显著减少E-cadherin蛋白表达，这与先前结

日前，国际学术期刊《实验室研究》（Laboratory Investigation）刊登一份撤销声明：应作者要求，撤销一篇来自青岛大学的以吴力群为通讯作者的研究论文。
据撤销声明显示，论文作者是由于无法重复其中的一些关键实验而选择撤销论文的。
作者曾在该论文中给出结论：Slug转染不影响E-cadherin蛋白表达。
但经过重复实验，作者发现Slug转染会显著减少E-cadherin蛋白表达，这与先前结论不符。
此外，该论文还存在4处小错误。作者为上述矛盾和错误给其他研究人员带来的的影响表示歉意。据Web of Knowledge统计，该论文已被引用13次。
无法重现在生物医学领域很常见，5月初《自然》的一篇社论说，53篇癌症研究论文只有11%能重现。

中国研究人员多篇论文被国际期刊撤销

国际学术期刊《免疫学期刊》6月1日发表声明，撤销了中国研究人员的两篇学术论文。 期刊并未说明具体的撤销原因。这两篇论文均发表于2005年，通讯作者为安徽医科大学、武汉大学教授谭锦泉和第四军医大学教授金伯泉。 据了解，《癌基因》一篇以谭锦泉为通讯作者的论文也于2011年被撤销。此外，谭锦泉和他人为共同通讯作者的三篇论文也于2011年或2010年被撤销，分别是： 《癌基因》论文201
