BMJ：低碳水化合物摄入会提高中风和心梗风险

现在女性流行用控制饮食中碳水化合物的方法减肥，即少吃甚至不吃主食。但往往控制碳水化合物摄取量的同时，蛋白质的摄取量会呈增加趋势。但是美国最新研究发现，在饮食中长期控制碳水化合物摄取量的同时，蛋白质的摄取量会呈增加趋势，结果造成心肌梗塞和脑卒中的风险升高。研究中低碳水化合物、高蛋白质的倾向最严重的一组女性，其心肌梗塞和脑卒中的发病风险与其他女性相比最高可达1.6倍。

美国哈佛大学等机构的研究人员在新一期《英国医学杂志》上发表论文说，研究小组在1991年至1992年间调查了约4.34万名30岁至49岁的瑞典女性的饮食习惯，之后跟踪她们心肌梗塞和脑卒中等疾病的发病情况。跟踪时间平均约16年。
 
针对1270例在此期间发病的病例，研究人员按照碳水化合物和蛋白质的摄取量分成10个等级进行分析。结果是碳水化合物的摄取量每下降1个等级，蛋白质的摄取量每上升1个等级，心肌梗塞和脑卒中的发病风险就增加4%。
