研究人员在实验室中成功制造了具有活性的PLCz蛋白质。实验显示，如果将它注入未受精的卵子中，卵子会出现与正常受精过程中相同的一系列生理反应，这说明如果给存在相应缺陷的精子添加这种蛋白质，就有望大大提高卵子受精的几率。
