16岁男孩，既往有髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白（MOG）抗体相关疾病所致视神经炎和脑干病变病史，主诉视力障碍。患者没有头痛或其他神经系统症状。

16岁男孩，既往有髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白（MOG）抗体相关疾病所致视神经炎和脑干病变病史，主诉视力障碍。患者没有头痛或其他神经系统症状。脑MRI可见后颅窝肥厚性硬脑膜强化（图），但其他部位硬脑膜未见异常。类固醇激素冲击治疗后改泼尼松龙口服并添加他克莫司，症状和影像学改善（图）。MOG抗体相关疾病的临床表型包括视神经炎，脊髓炎，急性或多相性播散性脑脊髓炎和脑炎。尽管少突胶质细胞通常不存在于硬脑膜中，但有异位神经胶质组织的报道。MOG抗体与硬脑膜中的异位神经胶质组织间的相互作用或是本例患者发病的原因。
