J Endod:一种鉴定CBCT中光束硬化伪影的新方法

锥束CT(CBCT)中根充材料产生的光束硬化(BH)伪影受到放射线K吸收边缘值的影响。这篇研究的目的是为了介绍一种可以在CBCT影像中鉴定3种根充材料所产生BH伪影的新方法以及评估一种低K边缘值(17.99 keV)的锆(Zr)类根充材料对BH伪影产生的影响。研究对3个仿真牙齿模型的腭根进行预备,并使用古塔胶(GP)、Zr根充材料和氢氧化钙糊剂充填。每个仿真牙齿均使用CS 9000 CBCT unit (Carestream, Atlanta, GA)进行成像。使用ImageJ software (National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD)分别对牙根3个区域的BH伪影"亮"和"暗"的部分定量化。采用Mixed-design方差分析对BH伪影区域亮和暗部分之间的差异进行统计学评估。结果显示,在所有仿真牙根区域,几种充填材料之间的BH伪影暗的部分面积具有显著性差异(P < .05)。与Zr相比,GP会产生更大的暗影面积而不是亮影(P < .05)。另外,在所有牙根的不同区域,亮和暗影面积之间具有显著性差异,而最大的伪影产生在牙根的冠
