宫内节育器（IUD）作为长效可逆避孕方法(LARC)之一，其有效性强、安全性高和操作简便，将会越来越受到女性的青睐。子痫前期是妊娠期特有疾病，发病率高、对母儿危害极大的妊娠期高血压疾病的一种。

宫内节育器（IUD）作为长效可逆避孕方法(LARC)之一，其有效性强、安全性高和操作简便，将会越来越受到女性的青睐。子痫前期是妊娠期特有疾病，发病率高、对母儿危害极大的妊娠期高血压疾病的一种。两者之间是否有联系，或者说使用过IUD避孕的女性妊娠期子痫前期风险是否会有改变，如有有改变，那么IUD取出时间到妊娠开始这段间隔时间的长短是否也会影响该疾病的发生。Parker SE等人进行了一项病例对照研究探究该问题。

该研究纳入1993-2010年间单胎妊娠孕妇，其中2744名诊断为子痫前期，该人群中有83名女性既往使用IUD。11156名为对照组，对照组中487名女性有IUD使用史。研究者校正混杂因素后计算了IUD与子痫前期的OR值，并且按BMI和产次进行了分层分析。

研究结果显示，既往使用过IUD避孕的女性，其妊娠时子痫前期风险较之没有使用过IUD的女性有下降(OR 0.76; 95% CI 0.58-0.98)。并且研究发现，IUD取出时间距离妊娠开始的间歇越短，子痫前期风险下降程度越多。取出IUD之后1年内妊娠，子痫前期风险OR of 0.68 (95% CI 0.46-1.00)。但是在分娩过的女性中，IUD与子痫前期的这种关系消失。

研究结果表明，宫内节育器（IUD）的使用可以减少小范围的子痫前期风险，尤其是在取出IUD之后1年内妊娠。
