研究人员选取103患者,年龄范围从1个月-18岁,招募24小时内在清迈大学附属PICU医院就诊,易发生DIC患者。入院24小时后进行生物标志物检测。在第一次调查中患有NDIC的受试者将在入院后3 - 5天进行其他测试。

结果显示,国际血栓与止血学会(ISTH) DIC评分的ODIC发生率为24%ODIC组出血、血栓形成、死亡明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)ODICATPC的平均水平与NDIC组有显著差异(66.9% vs 79.9% P < 0.001, 46.1% vs 59.2% P = 0.004),而TM的平均水平在两组间无差异。在预测死亡率[曲线下面积(area under curve, AUC) = 0.662 vs AUC = 0.65]和出血(AUC = 0.751 vs AUC = 0.732)方面,在DIC评分中加入AT优于原评分。

研究部门,ODIC常见于危重患儿。在ODIC患儿中不良结果更为常见。PICU入院24小时后的ATPC水平似乎是PICUODIC的有用生物标志物。
