Kidney int:什么!肾脏对电解质的作用居然也有遗传性!

肾脏对电解质的处理对于维持体内平衡必不可少的。然而,目前对这一过程的遗传性以及基因发现的第一步仍然知之甚少。近期,为了深入研究这一过程,一项发表在杂志Kidney int上的基于人群的研究评估了血清浓度、尿液排泄、肾清除以及钠、钾、镁、钙、磷酸盐和氯化物的排泄分数的遗传力。此项研究从洛桑、日内瓦和瑞士伯尔尼的一般人群中随机抽取了核心家庭,并在24小时内收集尿液。使用ASSOC程序(S.A.G.E.

近期,为了深入研究这一过程,一项发表在杂志Kidney int上的基于人群的研究评估了血清浓度、尿液排泄、肾清除以及钠、钾、镁、钙、磷酸盐和氯化物的排泄分数的遗传力。

此项研究从洛桑、日内瓦和瑞士伯尔尼的一般人群中随机抽取了核心家庭,并在24小时内收集尿液。使用ASSOC程序(S.A.G.E.)估计模型中的狭义遗传力,包括性别、年龄、体重指数和学习中心作为协变量。

来自273个家庭的1128名参与者平均年龄为47岁,身体质量指数为25.0 kg/m2,估计肾小球滤过率(CKD-EPI)为98 mL/min/1.73m2。钙(37%)的血清浓度的遗传率最高,钠(13%)最低.24小时钾的尿液清除率,排泄物和分级排泄物的遗传力分别为15%,10%和16%,钙分别为45%,44%和51%。所有概率值均显着。磷酸盐相关表型的遗传力低于钙。

此项研究表明:电解质的血清和尿液浓度以及尿液排泄和肾脏处理在普通成年人中是可以遗传的。表型变异可能归因于遗传因子的多样性,并且在钙中最高。
