背景和目的

方法
研究人员回顾性分析了2012年至2018年期间所有经病理证实PNET患者,并经多普勒成像以进行VA分类。

结果
本项研究共纳入112例PNET病例,其中93例接受VA分类。VA被分类为A型(肿瘤周围有或无肿瘤内血管[A1或A2]);B型(仅瘤内血管);血管浸入瘤体C(没有流动)。VA分类与肿瘤等级显着相关:74%A1型为G1,73%B型为G2,68%C型为G3。多变量分析表明,升高的血清CA19-9和C型分类是G3肿瘤的独立预测因子。

结论
在这个简单VA分类中,结合血清CA19-9和病变大小,VA分类可预测PNET的肿瘤分级和预后。
