Circulation:Wnt5a调控中性粒细胞招募促进压力负荷诱导的心功能异常的发生

结果发现中性粒细胞耗竭可减少主动脉横缩引起的心肌肥厚和炎症,心功能得以保留。髓细胞的非典型Wnt信号的Wnt5a缺陷,可抑制中性粒细胞浸润主动脉横缩处理的小鼠心脏,并产生一直类似于嗜中性粒细胞环境的表型。相反,髓细胞过表达Wnt5a的小鼠表现为更明显的心肌肥厚性生长、炎症和心功能障碍。耗竭中性粒细胞可逆转Wnt5a过表达所诱导的心脏病理,并消除野生型和髓洗特异性Wnt5a转基因小鼠的心参数间的差异。

本研究结果表明Wnt5a调控的中性粒细胞浸润在压力超负荷诱导的心衰过程中具有至关重要的作用。
