这些结果表明p38/MAPK和NF-κB信号传导介导了IL-10对hBMSCs的双向效应。当用NF-κB抑制剂BAY11-7082补充细胞时,在更高剂量的IL-10时成骨受损被逆转。这些数据提供了关于IL-10对hBMSCs生物学行为的调节作用的重要见解。
