丹麦一项研究显示，在丹麦心力衰竭患者队列中，心力衰竭严重程度与发生糖尿病的风险递增相关。论文5月22日在线发表于《糖尿病学》(Diabetologia)杂志。 【原文下载】 

研究者纳入99362例1997-2010年因心衰住院的患者，这些患者既往没有使用过降糖药，随访至他们使用降糖药、死亡或2010年12月31日。心衰严重程度通过袢利尿剂的剂量来确定。






结果为，患者被分入5个袢利尿剂剂量组：第1组没有使用袢利尿剂，第2组用>0~40 mg/d，第3组用>40~80 mg/d，第4组用>80~159 mg/d，第5组用≥160 mg/d。随访期间7958例患者(8%)发生糖尿病。袢利尿剂呈剂量依赖性与发生糖尿病风险增加相关。
