Diabetes Care：闭环式可穿戴人工胰腺的疗效和安全性

研究初步探索了通过基于智能电话的数据管理平台、在门诊患者中使用闭环式可穿戴人工胰腺的疗效和安全性。来自欧美4个中心共20例 1型糖尿病患者，随机进入开环(open-loop,OL)或闭环式(closed-loop)人工胰腺干预组 ，在两个40小时门诊疗程中，主要观察低血糖风险下降情况。闭环人工胰腺与开环人工胰腺相比，采用低血糖指数评估其效应为0.64 (p=0.003)，每个周期中1.

奥地利研发出新型人工胰腺

　　奥地利格拉茨JR卫生研究所研发出一种代号为SPIDIMAN的胰岛素给药系统（人工胰腺），它的传感器安装在患者腹部皮下，采用“单端口技术”，即只通过一条嵌在腹部脂肪组织中的集成式导管，同时完成血糖测量和胰岛素注射工作。 　　该装置能实时监测患者血糖水平，由于采用了新的葡萄糖传感技术，血糖测量精度高，在此基础上计算出的胰岛素用量也更加精确，因此能更好地控制糖尿病患者的血糖水平。
