最近,有研究人员评估了单独的血浆miR375或与miR371联用检测畸胎瘤的准确性情况。研究是一项前瞻性的多机构研究,包括了100名生殖细胞肿瘤患者,并分为两个队列。在发现队列中,研究人员比较了单纯畸胎瘤和无/低风险畸胎瘤的患者;验证队列包括了确诊畸胎瘤、活动性生殖细胞恶性肿瘤或化疗后完全响应的患者。研究结果表明,在发现队列中,miR375、miR371和miR371-miR375的接收者操作特征曲线(ROC)下面积值分别为:0.93(95%CI:0.87-0.99)、0. 59(95%CI:0.44-0.73)和0.95(95%CI:0.90-0.99);在验证队列中分别为0.55(95%CI:0.36-0.74)、0.74(95%CI:0.58-0.91)和0.77(95%CI:0.62-0.93)。

最后,研究人员指出,综合评估血浆miR371-miR375对检测畸胎瘤是高度准确的。
