Radiology:职业格斗家头部受到的内伤知多少,来做个MR吧!

拳击和自由搏击都属于格斗对抗性项目,均以击中对方有效部位而取胜,在训练和比赛中运动损伤的发生较为常见。运动损伤的发生,尤其是运动技术损伤的发生与运动项目特点密切相关,类似职业病。本研究旨在评估MRI多种序列如T1WI、DWI能够作为职业格斗家认知功能的价值。并将结果发表在RADIOLOGY上。

本研究共纳入297位职业格斗家(男=273,女=24)。其中有62位格斗家进行了随访检查。本研究只纳入了男性格斗家进行了主要的分析。根据算数能力,将受试者分为认知损伤和非认知损伤两组。对每位受试者进行T1WI和DWI扫描,并将皮层体积、厚度和基于扩散的20条白质纤维束被分离出。设计分类系统来验证与认知损害的影像学生物标识物。

该分类系统发现与职业格斗家认知损害的7种影像学生物标识物。优化后的分类系统在基线和随访时的ROC曲线分别为0.76、0.69。格斗年限与钳(effect size [d] = 0.34)和下纵束(P = .03; d = 0.17)的部分各向异性(FA)成明显的负相关(P = 8.8 × 10 -7)。

本研究表明,基于MR多种成像序列便能发现职业格斗家认知相关的7种影像生物学标识物。
