简要介绍:

精准医疗离不开精准诊断。无创性心血管影像学技术不仅可以用来评估心脏解剖、功能和组织学,而且在疾病的诊断、预后和危险分层中同样发挥着重要作用。为了指导无创性心血管影像学技术的合理选择和规范化应用,中华医学会心血管病学分会组织了国内相关领域的专家,参考最新的循证医学证据,在综合考虑各个影像学技术的诊断价值、效价比、安全性和国内普及性的基础上,制定了该共识。共识的第1部分简要介绍了各种无创性影像学方法的技术特点和应用概况,第2部分就冠心病、心肌病、大血管疾病等常见的心血管疾病对各种无创性影像学技术的适用性进行了评价和推荐。
