烧伤伤员转运方案

本袖珍指南是基于《COPD诊断、处理和预防全球策略（2017版）》编写的，这份指南旨在对有助于临床医生评估、诊断和治疗COPD患者现有证据加以无偏倚的审阅。有关COPD及COPD管理的讨论、证据等级和科学文献的详细资料来源均包含在原始文件中。

近年来，爆炸、恐怖袭击事件频发，使成批烧伤作为一种特殊形式的急性、灾害性的创伤，成为当今社会亟待解决的问题。2016 年8 月，《成批严重烧伤伤员的转运方案( 2016 版) 》首次发表于《中华烧伤杂志》。同年11 月，本刊转发了该指南，并由相关专家对该指南撰写了解读。笔者现就该指南中的要点进行解读，旨在为相关临床诊治工作提供帮助和参考。武警总医院皮肤再生医学科 汤苏阳
