2021年8月，儿童感染病协会(PIDS)联合美国感染病学会(IDSA)共同发布了儿科急性血源性骨髓炎的诊断和治疗指南。急性血源性骨髓炎（AHO）发生在细菌进入骨细胞和细胞外基质并增殖时，通常伴有宿主炎症反应。本文主要指很对18岁以下儿科急性血源性骨髓炎患者的诊断和治疗提供循证指导建议。
