简要介绍：

硅油为玻璃体切割术后玻璃体腔的填充物之一，其物理特性给手术器械彻底清洗带来难度。课题组于2017 年7 月至2018 年2 月调研全国170 家医疗机构眼科手术器械的复用清洗方法时发现，针对硅油附着眼科手术器械清洗方法仍存在差别，使得清洗效果难以保证。为此，中华护理学会眼科护理专委会和中华医学会眼科分会的眼底外科专家，联合相关领域权威人士和医护人员，在大量临床研究的基础上，结合国内外文献资料，提出了硅油附着眼科手术器械的清洗方法和检测建议，并制定《硅油附着眼科手术器械清洗专家共识（2020）》，以供临床参考。
