加重继发性脑损伤的危险因素( SBIF) 是指在原发性脑损伤后，诸如颅内压、脑灌注压、体温、血压等指标，若发生异常改变，可引起脑的再次损伤，从而加重继发性脑损伤，这些异常改变的指标也可称之为二次脑损伤

简要介绍：

加重继发性脑损伤的危险因素( SBIF) 是指在原发性脑损伤后，诸如颅内压、脑灌注压、体温、血压等指标，若发生异常改变，可引起脑的再次损伤，从而加重继发性脑损伤，这些异常改变的指标也可称之为二次脑损伤因素。重型颅脑损伤后多伴有SBIF，可显著增加致死率和致残率，严重影响患者预后; 及早治疗或预防SBIF，对提高颅脑损伤救治水平有重大意义。本文结合数十位国内神经外科、重症、呼吸、循环等专家临床经验和国内外相关文献报道，对SBIF 从病因、监测、诊断及治疗等方面进行了系统讨论，形成共识，为SBIF 临床防治提供参考。
