近年来胰腺癌诊治理念与策略选择均有了较大的更新与丰富,为更好地为临床实践提供参考及指导,中华医学会外科学分会胰腺外科学组对《胰腺癌诊治指南（2014）》进行修订。新版指南在内容上注重科学性与权威性,结构上突出循证医学证据与实用性,体现了胰腺癌外科诊治内容的进展与更新,如基因学检测、液体活检技术在胰腺癌诊治中的应用;同时,增加了对我国原创临床研究成果的引用,注重对目前有争议的热点问题的讨论,在兼顾特殊性的同时强调一般性原则,进而提高对临床实践的指导性。
