诺华眼科药物Jetrea获加拿大卫生部批准

Jetrea是首个用于治疗玻璃体黄斑牵引(VMT)的眼科药物，玻璃体黄斑牵引与黄斑裂孔有关联，而黄斑裂孔能够引起渐进性影响视力的症状及不可逆的视力丧失。Jetrea含有一种新型活性物质，被称为重组人蛋白奥克纤溶酶（ocriplasmin）。奥克纤溶酶对玻璃体液和视网膜交界面的蛋白具有酶活性，通过降解该种蛋白，使玻璃体液与黄斑之间的粘连分离，进而消除黄斑牵引。

诺华已经从Thrombo Genics公司获得Jetrea在美国以外市场的销售权。Jetrea于2012年10月获FDA批准，并于2013年3月获欧盟委员会（EC）批准。

Jetrea通过玻璃体内注射来治疗VMT，即使黄斑裂孔直接≤400微米也可使用。
