Ann Intern Med：甲泼尼龙局部注射可有效治疗腕管综合征

瑞典一项研究表明，甲泼尼龙局部注射可显著改善腕管综合征（CTS）短期症状并降低远期手术率。论文发表于《内科学年鉴》。 此项随机、安慰剂对照试验共纳入111例既往未接受过激素注射的CTS患者，并随机给予甲泼尼龙80 mg、40mg或安慰剂行局部注射。主要终点为10周时CTS症状严重度评分变化和1年时手术率。 结果显示，10周时甲泼尼龙80和40 mg组患者的CTS症状
