本节课由北京协和医院孙文彦老师为大家讲解《PICC具体操作》。
                          
一、前期操作
 
1.扎止血带（助手）
2.取出穿刺针，握住回血腔两侧，去除针帽，转动针芯
3.穿刺：以15°~30°的角度进行穿刺，见回血后，即减低角度再进针0.5cm固定针芯，送外套管

二、操作中

PICC在B超下显影



导管送至‘0’点

当导管送至‘0’点位置后，抽回血，用生理盐水冲管，撤导丝，缝合固定。




缝合固定

缝合时局麻，缝合宜稍松 。

三、操作后
 
确定导管尖端位置

最好位置：第2、3肋之间
