食管癌是起源于食管黏膜上皮的恶性肿瘤，其组织学类型主要有鳞状细胞癌和腺癌两种，是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。2018年全球癌症统计报告显示食管癌是全球第七大最常见恶性肿瘤，全球每年新发病例数约57万例

简要介绍：

食管癌是起源于食管黏膜上皮的恶性肿瘤，其组织学类型主要有鳞状细胞癌和腺癌两种，是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。2018年全球癌症统计报告显示食管癌是全球第七大最常见恶性肿瘤，全球每年新发病例数约57万例，在癌症死亡相关原因中占第六位。我国食管癌发病率居常见恶性肿瘤第六位，病死率居第四位，属高发地区。目前根治性手术仍是中早期食管癌患者的首选治疗方法，但术后因消化道重建可能发生吻合口狭窄、吻合口瘘、胃食管反流等相关并发症。
